A one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth didn’t work for me, and it definitely isn’t good enough for you.

Applied
Behavioral Scientist.

Enneagram Teacher.

Somatic Practitioner.

Neurodivergent Mama.

Feminist.

And a woman who spent way too many years trying to “succeed” inside systems that were never built for me.

I work with the women who’ve been overfunctioning, perfectionizing, people-pleasing, hustling for worth, masking through exhaustion, and carrying the emotional load of everyone in their orbit, often while holding their families, communities, and businesses together.

Women who have been told to shrink, soften, stay quiet, stay grateful, be calm, or just “fix their mindset.”

Women who are done with that bullshit.

You haven’t felt seen in traditional models because you were never meant to fit into them.
Neither was I.

So I built a practice for people like us.

Why I Do This Work

For over 15 years, I masked my needs, ignored my body, and contorted myself to succeed in environments built on urgency, conformity, and overwork. I excelled on the outside and burned out on the inside… a familiar story for so many women.

And here’s the truth that changed everything for me:
No one teaches us how to break the habits we built to survive systems that weren’t built for us.

When I finally stopped performing and started studying myself through the Enneagram, somatics, and using my expertise in behavioral science (not the productivity-hack version, the human version), my entire life shifted.

I became more grounded, more aware, and more me than I had ever been allowed to be.

Now, that’s the work I do for my clients:
Helping you understand why your patterns exist, how your nervous system learned them, and what it takes to unlearn the conditioning that’s been running your life.

So you can lead, love, rest, parent, work, and exist with more capacity, clarity, and choice.

My Lived Experience Shapes My Work

As a high-masking autistic woman living with chronic pain, a 40% loss of mobility in my leg, and parenting two neurodivergent kids, I’ve spent my life navigating ableism, healthcare gaps, inaccessible systems, and the relentless expectation to do more with less.

This isn’t theoretical for me.
This is my daily life.

My work is grounded in:
  • neuro-affirming practices
  • trauma-informed care
  • behavioral science that centers humanity
  • a commitment to do no further harm
  • repair when harm happens
  • justice-oriented values that guide every decision

I am actively unlearning my own conditioning and privilege while creating a practice that doesn’t replicate the systems I’m helping women dismantle.

Who I Am Beyond the Work

I fixate as a socially dominant Enneagram Seven, which means I bring vision, passion, love, creativity, and future-forward energy into everything I do.

But it also means I’ve lived the consequences of avoiding discomfort, outrunning pain, and doing too much for too many.

I carry privileges, including being a well-educated, cisgender white woman, and I take responsibility for how those identities intersect with my work, my clients, and my role in systems of power.

My purpose is to help people reclaim their full humanity, not just their productivity, leadership, or “potential.”

To help you see yourself clearly, honor yourself fully, and build a life that includes all of you.

My Expertise
(The Short Version)

I bring together:

  • 20+ years of behavior change experience
  • A BS in Applied Health Science (Human Development + Psychology)
  • A Master of Public Health focused on community behavior change
  • PhD-level training (ABD) in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on leadership behavior
  • Advanced Somatic Experiencing training
  • 15+ years of Enneagram study and teaching

And I integrate all of it… the research, the science, the somatics, the lived experience, into coaching that is actually ethical, personalized, and sustainable.

My Commitment

I am committed to:

  • doing this work without harm
  • practicing ongoing accountability and repair
  • creating accessible, equitable systems in my business
  • centering liberation, community care, and justice
  • helping women step into their power without sacrificing their humanity

This is the work of becoming more whole, more grounded, and more you, not the version systems conditioned you to be.
