I'm tired of watching brilliant women business owners shrink inside systems never built for their leadership, their neurodivergence, their emotions, or their lived experience.

For the women whose nervous systems were never built for the standard approach, by neurology, by trauma, or both, these systems don't just live in the workplace. They live in our nervous systems, our behaviors, and the stories we've been told about who we're allowed to be. I work with three modalities most coaches sell separately:  

  • The Enneagram, as a body-based behavioral map (not the over-intellectualized version) 
  • Somatic Experiencing, because you can't out-think a nervous system in survival mode 
  • Applied Behavioral Science, with 20 years of credentials behind every session 

The integration is the work.

Most coaches in this space have one of these. I have all three, plus the lived experience of being a high-masking autistic woman who built two businesses on top of a body that was telling me, in increasingly loud ways, that the approach didn't fit. This isn't about staying small to survive. It's about breaking free… on your own damn terms.

I help women identify and unlearn the patterns that are running their lives, the ones you didn’t choose, but inherited from systems that demanded your compliance instead of your humanity.

Using the Enneagram, Somatic Experiencing, and behavioral science, we create change at the root: your nervous system, your habits, your identity, and your capacity.

Together, we:
  • uncover the unconscious habits running your life
  • understand how your nervous system learned to survive
  • safely unlearn what no longer supports you
  • rebuild your capacity and clarity from the inside out

I'm an applied behavioral scientist, somatic practitioner, and Enneagram teacher. I help neurospicy women business owners (late-diagnosed, suspecting, or simply wired differently) break the habits oppressive systems hardwired into their nervous systems, behaviors, and patterns. So change becomes something their bodies can actually sustain.

This work is deeply personal.

I spent 20 years building businesses on top of a body I thought was just bad at being one. I masked. I over-functioned. I people-pleased my way to "success" and lost myself doing it. At 43, an evaluator said: "you're a high-masking autistic woman," and twenty years of masking burnout finally had a structural explanation. Through years of integration work (somatic, behavioral, and Enneagram) I found her again.

Now I help other neurospicy women find her, too.
