What I Actually Do

I help women identify and unlearn the patterns that are running their lives, the ones you didn’t choose, but inherited from systems that demanded your compliance instead of your humanity.

Using the Enneagram, Somatic Experiencing, and behavioral science, we create change at the root: your nervous system, your habits, your identity, and your capacity.

Applied Behavioral Scientist, Enneagram Teacher, Somatic Practitioner, autistic mama raising two neurodivergent kids, and a woman who spent too many years trying to succeed in spaces that punished sensitivity, intuition, difference, and rest.

I moved through leadership roles by overperforming, overextending, and ignoring my body’s needs just to belong.
